Awaken your senses, stir your emotions and discover your unique beauty in a safe, supportive guided journey to your body truth. This 90 minute class includes a delicious mat based warmup, themed explorations of different energies and emotions, and solo dances with feedback and guidance to tease out, claim and celebrate even more of YOU!

Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly limited capacity of our studio, we require 24 hours notice to change or cancel a class for credit. Workshops and Retreats are Final Sale / No Refunds or Credits unless otherwise specified.
