Join us from anywhere - maybe even from bed?! This personalized journey class includes a delicious mat based warmup, themed explorations of different energies and emotions, and solo dances with feedback and guidance to tease out, claim and celebrate even more of YOU! Note: Limited in person studio spaces may be available; add a note if you want to come in person.
